Is it fair to review the thriller, Final Theory by Mark Alpert — about a science writer who gets caught up in murderous intrigue involving Einstein’s Unified Field Theory — if you have read only maybe 80 or so of its 480 pages before giving up on it in despair and condemning it to the recycle bin?
Well, I suppose that is a review!
Still, I can’t offer an honest opinion on those other 400 pages. They might be great! If you want to know, you’ll have to find out without my pleasant companionship. Go it alone, reader.
