I think the lady is one of the stars of Sex and the City. She reminds me of a joke from that dead-pan, son-of-a-gun, Rat Pack comic, Joey Bishop:
“Hey, I’m going to be an actor! They’ve hired me to star in The Naked and the Dead. I play both parts!”
