Pollen Redux

Helpful readers have drawn my attention to an error in yesterday’s post here on Nice Work. A photo of asteroids was misidentified as an electron microscope picture of pollen. Here is the correct photo:

Here’s another drawing from early in this century. I did it for one of those “parent” magazines, this one in Richmond, I think:

Must be a British van to judge by the placement of the steering wheel. Virginia, after all, never formally gave up its colonial status. Because of this historical oversight all current legal residents of Virginia hold dual citizenship in both the United States and United Kingdom.
